Hello,

I’m Leanne Collins, a UK-trained Registered Nutritionist (MSc, ANutr), specialising in fussy eating, neurodiversity, and evidence-based nutrition support to help children thrive.
I founded Little Nutrition Co. to support parents who feel stuck or overwhelmed by their child’s eating, focusing on reducing mealtime stress and building food confidence at home.
As a mum of twins, I understand that real family life is busy, and that nutrition advice needs to be practical, realistic, and pressure-free.
My Story
Little Nutrition Co. was born from both my professional training and my personal journey as a parent navigating the realities of family mealtimes.
Within my own family, I’ve navigated challenges that made food feel anything but straightforward. Those experiences shaped my approach: calm, practical, and supportive, with a focus on helping parents feel confident rather than overwhelmed.
Why I Started Little Nutrition Co.
I noticed that much of the nutrition advice available to parents was either overwhelming and impractical, or overly restrictive and unrealistic for growing children.
I wanted to create something different, a space where parents feel understood and supported, not judged.
Little Nutrition Co. helps families to:
-
Navigate picky eating and mealtime stress.
-
Build food confidence in children aged 2+
-
Support sensory, neurodivergent, or digestive-related eating challenges
