I’m Leanne Collins, a UK-trained Registered Nutritionist (MSc, ANutr) based in Dubai, specialising in children's and family nutrition.

 

I’m also a mum of twins, which strongly shapes my practical, realistic approach to supporting families. I founded Little Nutrition Co. to help parents navigate picky eating, food challenges and mealtime stress, offering calm, evidence-based guidance that fits real family life.

    My Story

    Little Nutrition Co. was born from both my professional training and my personal journey as a parent navigating the ups and downs of family mealtimes. Like many parents, I’ve experienced picky eating, food sensitivities, and the constant juggle of balancing busy family life with healthy eating.

     

    One of my own children also lives with a chronic digestive condition, so I know first-hand how worrying it can feel when food isn’t straightforward. Those experiences shaped my mission; to make nutrition simple, practical, and supportive for every family.

    Why I Started Little Nutrition Co.

    I noticed that most nutrition advice was either:

    • Too general and overwhelming to apply at home, or

    • Too restrictive and not realistic for growing children and real family life.

    I wanted to create something different, a space where parents feel understood, supported, and empowered, not judged. Little Nutrition Co. is here to help families:

    • Navigate picky eating and mealtime stress.

    • Build food confidence in children aged 2 years and up.

    • Support families dealing with food sensitivities, intolerances, and digestive challenges.

    • Understand eating behaviours linked to sensory needs or neurodivergence.

    • Find simple, realistic nutrition strategies that work in everyday family life.

    My Philosophy

    Food should never be stressful. At Little Nutrition Co., I believe in:
